基于城市化水平的城市土地集约利用水平评价——以河南省为例

摘　　要：在引入城市化水平的基础上研究城市土地集约利用情况,具有更大的实践价值。引入系统相对状态发展度模型,结合城市化水平,对河南省城市土地集约利用水平进行评价。研究结果表明,结合城市化水平评价城市土地集约利用水平,是可行的,也是十分必要的,可以测度城市土地集约利用水平是否与城市化水平相适应。系统相对状态发展度模型具有思路简明、操作简单等特点,同时,该模型也有一定的不足之处。基于城市化水平的城市土地集约利用评价结果与独立测度城市土地集约利用水平的结果相比,两者差异很大。河南省大部分城市的城市化水平落后于各自城市的土地集约利用水平。最后,结合城市化水平、城市土地集约利用水平以及两者之间的相对状态协调度等指数,对各个城市分类提出了相应的发展策略。It is of a greater practical value to study intensive use of urban land based on urbanization level.Combined with the urbanization level,the paper assessed the intensive use level or urban land in He＇nan province by the development degree model of system relative state.The conclusions show that it is feasible and necessary of assessing the intensive use level of urban land combined with urbanization level.It can be measured whether the intensive use level of urban land adapt with the relative urbanization level.The development degree model of system relative state has the characteristics of concise ideas and simple operation.At the same time,the model has some shortcomings.The measure results of intensive use level of urban land based on urbanization level is different from the independent measure results of intensive use level of urban land.In the end,the paper proposed the corresponding development strategy to each city combined with the index of urbanization level,intensive use of urban land and relative development degree.
