摘  要:目的评价血清胱抑素C(CysC)在高胆红素血症患儿肾损害中的意义。方法收集54例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿(轻度黄疸组19例,中重度黄疸组35例)和20例正常足月新生儿的血清,以生化分析法测定总胆红素(TBIL)、胱抑素C(CysC)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)含量,并进行相关的统计学分析。结果中重度黄疸组CysC、BUN、SCr浓度明显高于轻度黄疸组和正常对照组(P<0.05);中重度黄疸组CysC的异常率显著高于BUN和SCr的异常率(P<0.05)。结论血清CysC是评价高胆红素血症新生儿早期肾损害一项敏感可靠的指标。Objective: To evaluate the value of cystatin C(CysC) in impairment of renal function in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods: Fifty-four neonates with hyperbilirubinemia(19 cases of mild jaundice and 35 cases of moderately severe jaundice) and 20 full-term newborn infants were enrolled.CysC,TBIL,BUN and SCr were assayed using biochemical method.Results: The level of CysC,BUN and SCr in moderately severe jaundice group were significantly higher than mild jaundice group and normal group(P0.05).The abnormality rate of CysC was significantly higher than the abnormality rate of BUN and SCr in the moderately severe jaundice group(P0.05).Conclusion: We suggest that CysC may be a sensitive and reliable indicator for the diagnosis of early impairment of renal function in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia.
