摘 要:目的探讨二维、三维超声结合对减少出生缺陷的价值。方法通过二维、三维超声结合对6123例孕18~37周孕妇的胎儿进行系统筛查。结果在6123例胎儿中,共发现先天性畸形30例,经与引产或分娩结果对比,临床诊断符合率为94%;漏诊2例,漏诊率为6%。结论二维、三维超声结合能清晰、逼真、直观、准确显示胎儿体表及内脏器官,对减少出生缺陷,提高人口素质具有极其重要的价值。Objective: To explore the value in reducing birth defects through two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound.Methods: Making a system screening of 6123 cases from 18-37 pregnant weeks through two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound.Results: In cases of fetal 6123 found congenital malformation 30 cases.Compared with labor induction or labor,diagnostic accordance rate was 94%.Two cases were missed diagnosis,omission diagnostic rate was 6%.Conclusion:Two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound can clear,lifelike,direct,preise display fetal body and internal organs,which plays a very significant role in reducing fetal birth defects and improving the quality of the population.
