超声检查中晚期妊娠中61例胎儿畸形的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中晚期妊娠中不同类型胎儿畸形超声表现及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析61例先天性胎儿畸形的产前超声图像。结果产后(引产或出生后)证实畸形61例,超声筛查诊断胎儿畸形56例,诊断率91.8%,漏诊5例。结论超声在中晚期妊娠胎儿畸形筛查中图像清楚,安全性高,是产前诊断与筛查胎儿畸形首选的诊断工具。Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of varied types Ultrasonography in middle and late pregnancy of fetal malformation.Methods：The prenatal ultrasonic pictures of 61 cases of congenital malfornations were retrospectively analyzed.Results：61 of Fetal Malformations were found by post-natal evaluation,56 cases by prenatal ultrasonography at a diagnostic rate of 91.8%（56/61）;5 cases were missed on ultrasonography.Conclusions：The Obstetric Ultrasound Examination was safe and the image was clear for screening fetal malformation in middle and late pregnancy,it is the prior diagnosis technology for prenatal screening of fetal malformation.
