摘 要:球毛壳(Chaetomium globosum)ND35是一株优势内生真菌,对多种作物有促生作用。本试验主要研究了球毛壳ND35不同菌剂和接种次数对杨树扦插苗、菜豆、黄瓜、烟草、生姜生长的影响。结果表明,两次接种对杨树苗高生长影响更明显,但对胸径和地径影响不大;菌剂3应用于菜豆?黄瓜时效果较好;育苗时接种对烟草叶片数影响较大,移栽时接种主要影响株高生长;能够增加生姜的产量。Chaetomium globosum ND35 is a tion to many plants. The effects of different fungal growth of poplar, bean, cucumber, tobacco and dominant strain among endophytic fungi with growth promopreparations and inoculation times of C. globosum ND35 on ginger were investigated in this paper. The results showed that inoculating two times had more effect on poplar height, but fewer on diameter at breast height and diameter at ground. The fungal preparation 3 was better for bean and cucumber. Inoculation during seedling raising period had more effect on the number of tobacco leaves, while inoculation during transplanting was more effective on plant height. The production of ginger could be increased by inoculating C. globosum ND35.
