摘　　要：目的:探讨心理干预对人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染孕产妇焦虑和抑郁情绪的影响,寻找改善HIV感染孕产妇生活质量的方法。方法:将广州市第八人民医院收治的53例HIV感染孕产妇分为两组:对照组23例由妇产科进行常规产前检查和母婴阻断治疗;研究组30例除采用上述措施外,还由专业心理咨询师进行心理健康评估与干预。分别比较两组干预前后的心理测试情况。结果:焦虑和抑郁分值在干预前两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预前后的焦虑和抑郁分值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组的差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于HIV感染孕产妇除采用适当的医疗措施外,还应给予专业的心理干预,增强孕产妇对生活和治疗的信心,提高生存质量。Objective：To explore the effect of psychological intervention on anxiety and depression of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）-infected pregnant women,seek a method to improve the quality of life of HIV-infected pregnant women. Methods：53 HIV-infected pregnant women were selected from the hospital and divided into two groups： 23 cases in control group received traditional prenatal examination and mother-to-infant block therapy in department of gynecology and obstetrics;while 30 cases in study group received psychological health assessment and intervention provided by professional psychological consultants.The psychological test situations in the two groups were compared before and after intervention. Results：Before intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety value and depression value between the two groups（P0.05）,but there was significant difference after intervention between the two groups（P0.05）.In study group,there was significant difference in anxiety value and depression value before and after intervention（P0.05）;while in control group,there was no significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion：For the HIV-infected pregnant women,professional psychological intervention should be carried out besides appropriate medical treatment,the measures can enhance the confidence of pregnant women in life and treatment,and improve the quality of life.
