江苏省溧阳市拟生育人群膳食调查结果分析

摘　　要：目的:了解拟生育人群的膳食营养状况,为提高生育前健康水平指导其保健工作提供科学依据。方法:采用食物频率法,对调查对象进行膳食情况全面调查,分析各种食物消费频率、消费量及供能比并对营养状况的评价数据进行分析统计。结果:204名调查对象粮谷类摄入明显不足,奶类超过推荐的摄入量,蛋类基本满足摄入的需要量;营养素碘缺乏占调查对象的82.2%,其次是叶酸缺乏占56.3%,其余缺乏严重的营养素有膳食纤维(39.1%)和钙(35.6%);同时存在部分营养素超标情况,如维生素A摄入过量者占调查对象的5%。调查对象的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物供能分别占总能量的17.4%、27.9%、54.7%。结论:江苏省溧阳市拟生育人群的营养摄入尚不均衡,普遍存在营养素缺乏现象,应加强有针对性的营养指导,提高拟生育人群的健康营养水平。Objective：To understand the dietary and nutritional status of preconceptional couples,provide a scientific basis for improving preconceptional health level and directing health care work. Methods：Food frequency questionnaire was used to survey the dietary status of investigated objects completely,the intake frequency of various foods,the amount of consumption and energy supply ratio were analyzed,the evaluation data of nutritional status were analyzed statistically. Results：The cereal intake of 204 investigated objects was insufficient,while the amount of milk intake was higher than that recommended,egg intake reached the basic requirements;82.2% of the investigated objects lacked iodine,followed by folic acid（56.3%）,dietary fiber（39.1%） and calcium（35.6%）;at the same time,partial nutrients were consumed more,such as excessive intake of vitamin A,accounting for 5%.The proportions of energy provided by protein,fat and carbohydrate were 17.4%,27.9% and 54.7%,respectively. Conclusion：The nutritional intake of preconceptional couples are still not balanced in Liyang city,the phenomenon of nutrient deficiency is common,the individualized nutritional direction should be carried out to improve the health nutritional level of preconceptional couples.
