缸盖渗漏缺陷的主要类型与成因分析

摘　　要：由于影响缸盖渗漏缺陷的因素众多,仅仅依靠几个铸件判定缺陷的类型非常困难。本文通过对23个缺陷缸盖的解剖,确定了缺陷的主要类型,采用扫描电镜等手段分析了缺陷形成原因,提出了工艺改进措施。The main types of casting defect have been determined by sections of 23 cylinder head castings with leakage defect and the formation causes for these defects been analyzied by scanning electron microscope and technology improvement measures been pointed out.
