摘 要:目的确定蒲公英花中总黄酮及总酚酸超声提取的最佳工艺,进而实现对其天然功能性色素的工业化生产。方法采用超声波提取技术,以对人体危害较轻的乙醇作为提取溶剂,通过正交试验考察了乙醇浓度、料液比、超声功率、温度等因素对蒲公英花中总黄酮及总酚酸提取率的影响。结果蒲公英花粉末用75%乙醇,料液比1∶100,超声功率100W,在55℃的条件下超声提取30min,总黄酮与总酚酸成分的提取较为完全,为蒲公英花的最佳超声提取条件。结论此工艺操作简便、重现性好、稳定可行,提取液色泽鲜黄、透亮,为蒲公英花中功能性色素的工业化生产提供了试验依据。Objective In order to ascertain the optimal technology of extracting natural functional pigment from taraxacum mongolicum inflorescences and achieve the goal of industrial production of these active ingredients,ultrasonic technology has been used in this study.Methods Taking extraction efficiency of total flavonoids and total phenolic acids from dandelion's petal into consideration,by means of orthogonal test,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic power,the ratio of meal to liquid and extraction temperature were analyzed and the best ultrasonic condition was decided.Results The results showed the first factor affecting extractor productivity was volume percentage of ethanol.The second and the third ones were extraction time and temperature respectively.The results showed that ultrasonic with 100 fold 75% ethanol and 100w at 55℃ was the optimal condition for extraction of natural functional pigment from dandelion's petal for 30min.Conclusion Color of the extract is bright yellow and transparency.Providing experimental evidence for industrial production of functional pigment from taraxacum mongolicum inflorescences,this process of extraction is simple,reproducible,stable and feasible.
