浅谈我院临床路径在电子病历系统中的管理模式

摘　　要：目的研究临床路径在电子病历中的应用。方法将临床路径项目内容嵌入电子病历系统。结果能方便快捷地记录临床路径要求的各项内容,提高工作效率,且能对临床路径执行过程中的一些数据进行量化分析和对比。结论为实施临床路径的科学性、规范性、先进性和可操作性提供依据,使之能更好地推广并为临床工作服务。Objective To study the application of clinical path in the electronic medical record.Methods Clinical path project was embed the electronic medical records system.Results The requirements contents of clinical path can be easily and quickly record.It improve efficiency,and some data in the process of implementation of the clinical path can be analyzed.Conclusion It provides the basis to the scientific,standard,advanced and operable for implemening clinical path,so that it can better promote and provide clinical services.
