摘　　要：目的了解白银市第一人民医院住院病人医嘱不合理用药的情况,提高临床合理用药水平。方法 2009年临床药师每月抽查审核出院病历,根据病人的临床诊断,结合实验室检查及特殊检查报告单等,判定用药的合理性,对不合理用药病历作出统计分析。结果 2009年共计抽查审核病历5785份,不合理用药127份,占住院病历的2.2%。结论本院用药基本合理,但还存在缺陷,需进一步规范。Objective To understand irrational drug use in First People Hospital of Baiyin,to improve clinical rational drug use.Methods The clinical pharmacists in 2009,monthly reviewed hospital records selected random.Based on the patient＇s clinical diagnosis,with laboratory tests and special examination report,etc.,they determined the reasonableness of medication,and medical history of irrational drug use was statistically analyzed.Results Total of selective examination records in 2009 were 5785 copies,irrational drug use records accounted for hospitalized 127 of 2.2%.Conclusion Drug use is basically reasonable in our hospital,but there still exist some defects to further standardize.
