摘  要:目的应用实时心肌超声造影技术结合负荷超声心动图评价早期应用胰岛素对糖尿病大鼠血流灌注的干预作用。方法糖尿病大鼠成模后随机分为糖尿病组和治疗组,治疗组每天给予皮下注射胰岛素。随机挑选同龄正常大鼠作为对照组。3组均于成模后8周进行研究,每只大鼠分别进行基础和负荷状态实时心肌超声造影检查。结果静息状态心肌超声造影的局部心肌血容量和心肌血流量3组间均有显著性差异,其中治疗组心肌血流量较糖尿病组明显增加;糖尿病组和治疗组的各项心肌造影储备指标均低于对照组,治疗组心肌血流量储备高于糖尿病组。结论早期应用胰岛素治疗可以改善糖尿病大鼠心肌血流灌注。Objective To assess the myocardial perfusion with early insulin treatment by myocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) combined with dipyridamole stress in diabetic rats. Methods The diabetic rats aged 8 weeks (diabetic group) and normal rats of same age (control group) were enrolled in this study. The treatment group included diabetic rats of the same age. Each rat of the treatment group was hypodermic injected with insulin since the diabetic model established. The contro lgroup included normal rats of the same age. After 8 weeks, all rats were performed with MCE at baseline and after dipyridamole stress. Results At baseline MCE, myocardial blood flow was increased significantly in the treatment group compared with that in the diabetic group. After stress, myocardial blood flow reserved in the treatment group was still higher than that in the diabetic group. Other parameters in the diabetic and treatment group were lower than those in the controls. Conclusions The myocardial perfusion are improved with early insulin treatment in the diabetic rats.
