摘 要:目的探讨聚焦超声穴位治疗对HIBD大鼠神经康复的影响。方法 7日龄SD大鼠96只,随机分为假手术组、模型组、针灸组、超声组,采用经典Rice法制成HIBD模型。术后7、14、21d分别用悬吊实验检测大鼠前肢肌力,免疫组织化学染色和RT-PCR方法检测大鼠海马生长相关蛋白-43(growth associatedprotein 43,GAP-43)蛋白及mRNA的表达。结果超声组肌力明显优于模型组,GAP-43蛋白及mRNA的表达超声组高于模型组,且超声组和针灸组无明显差异。结论聚焦超声穴位治疗可上调GAP-43的表达,促进HIBD大鼠神经功能的康复。Objective To expore the effects of focused ultrasound irradiation on the baihui acupoint at neurorehabilitation of hypoxic ischemic brain damaged (HIBD) in neonatal rats. Methods 96 SD rats(7 days old) were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group ,acupuncture group and ultrasound group. The HIBD models were induced by using Rice'S. After operation 7,14,21 days, the forelimb muscle strength was evaluated by suspension method. The expression of GAP-43 in the hippocampal were detected by immunohistochemical and RT-PCR method. Results The muscle strength and the expression of GAP-43 in hippocampus of ultrasound group were significant increased, as compared with model group ,no significant difference was found between the ultrasound group and the acupuncture group. Conclusions Focused ultrasound irradiation to the Bai Hui acupoint in HIBD rats can up-regulate the expression of GAP-43,improve the forelimb muscle strength.
