基于综合智能网的统一计费系统研究

摘　　要：随着现代电信技术的飞速发展,出现了多种多样丰富的电信业务。但是每种电信业务对应一个业务账号,用户必须分开为各种业务缴费,这样容易出现账号多用户难以记忆的困难,也不利于电信业务的管理。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于综合网络应用编程接口(JAIN)的综合智能网统一计费系新方案,在系统中为用户分配一个总的帐号,用户只需要用该帐号就可以给所有的业务缴费,现对系统进行了总体设计及详细设计,并用JAIN、Mobicents等技术实现系统。With the fast development of modern telecom technology,various telecom services appear.However,each service is corresponding to a service account,and users have to pay separately for a variety of services,thus many accounts are hard for users to remember,and this would bring difficulty to the management of users and services.For this problem,a novel integrated unified billing system based on JAIN is proposed,and this system distributes a account for each user,which could pay for all the telecom services.This paper gives a overall design of the system and a detail design of every layer.This paper describes the system implementation by the technologies such as JAIN and Mobicents.
