糖尿病合并高血压患者脑循环动力学分析

摘　　要：目的：研究糖尿病合并高血压对脑血管疾病的影响。方法：采用脑循环动力学检测仪经左右两侧颈总动脉获得反映脑血管功能的１３ 项参数。结果：非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ） 组，高血压（ＨＴ） 组，ＮＩＤＤＭ 合并ＨＴ 组，三组各参数与对照组比较均有显著差异。ＮＩＤＤＭ 合并ＨＴ组与ＮＩＤＤＭ 组比较各参数也有显著差异，与ＨＴ 组比较除血管弹性的参数外均有显著差异。结论：ＮＩＤＤＭ 合并ＨＴ时脑血管功能明显减退。Objective:To study the effects of diabetes combining with hypertension on cerebrovascular diseases. Methods:Using the cerebrovascular hemodynamic analyzer to examine 13 parameters via the left and right common carotid arteries which reflect the cerebrovascular functions.Results:The differences of parameters between the control group and the experimental groups including NIDDM(noninsulin-dependent diabetes mellitus group), HT(hypertension group), NIDDM+HT(NIDDM combining with HT group), were statistically significant. The differences of parameters between the NIDDM+HT group and the NIDDM group were also statistically significant. Excepting vascular elasticity, the parameters of the NIDDM+HT group were statistically, significantly different from the HT group. Conclusion: The cerebrovascular functions are significantly decreased when the diabetic patients are combined with hypertension.
