摘　　要：目的　了解成人2 型糖尿病患者的心理问题与其代谢控制之间的关系。方法　用90 项症状清单及依从性问卷评定了139 例糖尿病患者。结果　代谢控制好组轻度以上抑郁症状的发生率显著低于代谢控制差组;而两组之间其它精神症状的发生率无显著差异。结论　抑郁症状与糖尿病代谢控制不良有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the psychological disturbance and metabolic control in the adults with type 2 diabetes. Methods 139 adults with type 2 diabetes were investigated with Symptom Checklist 90 and consulting questionnaires about compliance with medical treatment. Results The prevalence of depression in good metabolic control group was significantly lower than that in poor metabolic control group,and there was no significantly difference in the prevalence of other psychiatric symptoms between the two groups.Conclusions Depression is related to poor metabolic control.
