摘 要:利用自动分光辐射测量仪系统测试了两种碳素纤维在石墨化处理前后的法向光谱发射率和法向总发射率,研究了石墨化处理对碳素纤维红外发射率性能的影响.研究表明:随着石墨化过程中非碳元素的大量脱除和石墨微晶规整程度的提高,T300石墨化碳素纤维和国产石墨碳素纤维毡在2500~5000 nm和5000~6500 nm波段内的光谱发射率均有提高,而在6500~13000 nm内的光谱发射率明显降低,石墨化处理后碳素纤维光谱发射率的波长依赖性显著,法向总发射率降低.The normal spectral emissivity and normal total emissivity of two kinds of carbon fiber were measured by automatic instrument for spectral radiation measurement before and after graphitization treatment,and the effect of graphitization on infrared emissivity property of carbon fibers were investigated.The results show that with the removal of non-carbon elements and the improvement of the degree of regular graphite structure,the normal spectral emissivity of T300 carbon graphite fiber and domestic carbon graphite felt in the ranges of 2500~5000 nm and 5000~6500 nm are both improved,but the normal spectral emissivity in the range of 6500~13000 nm obviously is decreased.The wavelength dependence of spectral emissivity for carbon fibers after graphitization is obvious,and the total emissivity is reduced.
