摘 要:为改善低碳钢材料的耐高温磨损性能,采用激光熔覆法,在低碳钢表面制备出Ni60合金、Ni60+Y2O3的熔覆涂层和Ni60熔覆-重熔涂层,利用X射线衍射仪、磨擦磨损实验机、扫描和透射电镜分析了熔覆层相组成、高温耐磨性能和熔覆层显微形貌.结果表明:所制得熔覆层与熔覆-重熔层组织均一、致密,与基体形成了良好的冶金结合;熔覆-重熔层的显微硬度和高温耐磨性分别为基体的5和4倍;添加Y2O3熔覆层的显微硬度和高温耐磨性分别为基体的4.2和4倍;熔覆层高温耐磨能力增强的主要原因是熔覆层与基体良好的冶金结合、析出相以及Y2O3的强化作用.Ni-based laser cladding and cladding-remelting layers were made on surface of low-carbon steel specimens using Ni60 and Y2O3 added Ni60 powder to improve the high temperature abrasion resistant properties of low carbon steel.Microstructure,high temperature abrasive-wear behavior,surface morphologies after abrasive-wearing experiment of the layers and low-carbon steel were investigated by XRD analyses,high temperature abrasive-wear equipment,SEM and TEM analyses.The results shown that laser cladding and cladding-remelting layers have dense microstructure and metallurgical combinatied to their substrates.Micro-hardness and high temperature abrasive-wearing resistance of laser cladding-remelting layer was 5 and 4 times of low-carbon steel specimen separately;Micro-hardness and high temperature abrasive-wearing resistance of laser cladding layer with Y2O3 was 4.2 and 4 times of low-carbon steel specimen separately.The improvement in high temperature abrasive-wearing resistance of the layers was due to the metallurgical combination;strengthen effects of precipitated phases and Y2O3 addition.
