摘  要:对热型连铸制备的柱状晶CuAlBe超弹性合金丝做等温变形试验,研究柱状晶在变形过程中组织和性能的变化。等温温度从400℃到600℃,变形量从25%到62.5%。结果表明,变形温度为450~550℃,在所研究的变形量内都能得到以β相为主及少量α相的柱状晶组织,力学性能与变形前大致相同,但残余变形大大增加。低于450℃变形产生马氏体,变形量增大时还导致晶界裂纹。高于550℃变形则产生十字星形γ2。后两者都使力学性能急剧下降。Isothermal deformation of CuAlBe superplastic wires with columnar grain structure was done,the variation of columnar grains in structure and performance in the deformation process was studied at temperature of isothermal deformation from 400 ℃ to 600 ℃ and deformation rate from 25% to 62.5%.The results show that,between 450 ℃ and 550 ℃,the columnar grain structure with β phase and small amount of α phase can be obtained in all deformation rates.This structure has the same mechanical performance as that before deformation,whereas residue deformation increases greatly.Deformation below 450 ℃,martensite occurs,as well as resulting in crack at higher deformation rates.Deformation above 550 ℃ leads to the formation of cross-shaped γ2.The latter two conditions will make mechanical performance decrease.
