摘　　要：通过对链轮固溶处理过程中出现的变形进行分析,找出了链轮固溶处理过程中产生变形的原因,并给出了改进措施,保证了该零件平面度要求。对同类型零件的生产提供了借鉴。Based on the deformation during the sprocket solution treatment,the improving measures to ensure the required flatness of the part were gaiven.And a reference was provided for the production of the same type of parts.
