住院费用构成及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 对云南省两所地级医院的住院费用的结构和影响因素进行分析。方法 收集云南省两所地级医院1995年～1998年4年间共收治的54 554例住院病人的病案资料,分析5种费用的构成比例,并对影响费用的因素进行单因素分析。所采用的方法是u检验和方差分析。结果 在医院的住院费用构成中,药费所占的比例最高,其它依次为治疗费、其他费用、检查费和手术费。影响住院费用的因素主要有:医疗待遇、职业、病种、性别和年龄。结论 应合理调整住院费用结构,有效地利用卫生资源,为进一步制订控制卫生费用增长的措施提供决策的依据。Objective To analyze the patient constitution of hospitalization expense and influent factors in two hospitals in Yunnan province. Methods The medical record data of 54 554 patients during 1995 to 1998 in two hospitals in Yunnan province were collected and u-test and one-way ANOVA were used to examine influent factors. Results In the component of hospitalization expense, medicine expense was the highest, the others were treatment expense, other expense, check expense and operation expense. The influent factors of hospitalization expense were associated with medical treatment, career, the kind of disease, sex and age. Conclusion The government should adjust the component of hospitalization expense reasonably and apply the health resource effectively. The results provide reliable reference basis for controlling the increment of hospitalization expense.
