外剥内扎加侧切术治疗环状嵌顿性混合痔80例临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨治疗环状嵌顿性混合痔的有效方法，对80例环状嵌顿性混合痔患者行外剥内扎加侧切术，并观察其临床效果。结果80例患者临床效果明显，均I期愈合，无大出血、创口感染、肛门狭窄和肛门失禁。结果表明，采用外剥内扎加侧切术治疗环状嵌顿性混合痔疗效确切、安全可靠，是一种有效的治疗方法。In order to investigate the more effective therapy for circumferential incarcerated mixed hemor rhoids authors adopted the procedure of external dissection ＆ internal ligation plus lateral incision to trea the 80 patients with this hemorrhoids, and observed their curative outcomes., As results, the 80 patients al obtained significant clinical efficacy and all primary healing,and no massive bleeding,wound infection,ana stenosis and incontinence occured. These results show that above-mentioned procedure for circumferentia incarcerated mixed hemorrhoids is an effective therapy, and safe, feasible.
