摘　　要：该文是对2009年福建省乡镇卫生院临床医师培训项目的相关进展情况进行的调研和评价报告,文章指出福建省该项目的实施获得了医学生中目标群体的认可,但医学生仍处于"被动下基层"阶段,目前专科生比本科生更适合服务基层。为了使该项目更好地实施,需进一步加强宣传工作,提高知晓率,各级政府需提高认识,通力合作,保证政策执行力。This paper is on effects evaluation of implementing the policy 'Training doctors for township hospital in Fujian province' in 2009,and the conclusion of this research is that this policy has gained the support from target group among graduates,but clinical graduates appointed to grass roots is still in a passive stage.Graduate students from junior college are more suitable to work in township hospitals than those from colleges or universities at present.For the sake of making better achievement,it must enhance the propaganda,meanwhile,government at different levels need to make a clear mind of this policy,cooperate with each other to ensure the execution.
