慢性细菌性前列腺炎局部免疫状况对预后的影响

摘　　要：为探讨前列腺局部免疫状况与病情及疗效的关系，将已确诊的慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者58例，根据病情不同分为A、B两组（分别为36例、22例），健康人20例为C组，采用放射免疫（双抗体—聚乙二醇）法，检测SIgA。结果：A组的SIgA（261.26±46．48μg／ml）高于C组（107.95±28．41μg／ml，P＜0.01）；B组SIgA（43.01±12.87μg／ml）低于C组（P＜0.01），提示前列腺液SIgA的含量可反应前列腺局部的免疫状况；A组患者的疗效（91.8％）高于B组（50.0％）；提示慢性细菌性前列腺炎的疗效与前列腺局部免疫状况有关。In order to study the relatlonship between local immunity in prostane and patient's condition, as well as the therapeutic effect. 58 patients diagnosed as chronic bacterial prostatitis were divided into 2 groups (Group A and Group B) according to their state of illness, and there were 20 healthy cases as control(Group C). Secretory IgA (SIgA) in prostatic fluid in all groups has been detected with radioimmunoassay (RIA,double Antibody polyethleneglycol). The content of SIgA was 261.26±46. 48 μg/ml in Group A, 43.01±12. 87 μg/ml in group B and 107. 95±28. 4 μg/ml in Group C, and it was showed SIgA in group A was slgniticantly higher than that in Group C (P<0. 01 )- However compared with Group C,SIgA in Group B has obvious1y Lower (P<0.01). This Suggested that the concentration of SIgA in prostatic fluid indicates the state of local immune function of prostate, and it can be used as an objective index to est1mate the severity of prostat1tls. We also found the therapeutic effect in Group A (90. 90% ) is much better than that in Group B (50% ), and it indicates local immunity is assotiated with therapeutic effect, and it also p1ay an important role in the prognosis of chronic bacterial prostatitis.
