摘 要:腐蚀一直困扰着脱碳装置的正常操作和经济运行。为了解胺法CO2捕集系统的腐蚀特性并改善腐蚀问题,该文采用新型混合有机胺CO2吸收剂,在捕集CO2中试实验台上进行了连续运行实验,采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪对吸收塔典型位置的碳钢腐蚀片进行了形貌特征、腐蚀产物成分以及元素含量分析。结果表明:4处典型位置的腐蚀程度由高到低依次为模拟烟气入口、吸收剂出口、模拟烟气出口、吸收剂入口;模拟烟气入口的腐蚀产物为FeO(OH),可能是由Fe(OH)2转化而来,其余3处没有检测到典型的CO2腐蚀产物;气态CO2对吸收塔的腐蚀作用最大。Corrosion has a critical effect on the economics of a CO2 capture plant.Corrosion tests were carried out in a laboratory CO2 capture pilot plant using a new absorbent.Carbon steel samples of absorber were analyzed using a scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction techniques to investigate the compositions of the corrosion layer,the elemental content and the appearance.The results show that the flue gas inlet was the most corroded,followed by the absorbent outlet,the flue gas outlet and the absorbent inlet.FeO(OH) diffraction patterns were observed near a simulated flue gas inlet,with the FeO(OH) possibly formed by transformation of Fe(OH)2.Typical CO2 corrosion products were not detected in other locations.CO2 has the largest effect on the absorber corrosion.
