摘　　要：介绍了在自由口通讯模式下西门子公司S7-200系列可编程控制器与微机的通信机制,利用Visual C++实现了上位机与多台S7-224CN型PLC的通信,开发了太阳能电池组件层压机监控系统。实际运行表明,该监控系统界面友好,实时性强,运行稳定。This paper presentes the communication schemes between S7-200 series PLC of Siemens and PC,and realizes the communication between upper-computer and S7-224CN PLC.The monitoring and control system is developed for Solar Battery Pile Laminated Machine.The actual operation activity proves that this monitoring and control system is friendly to human and machine interface,good at real time and works steadily.
