摘  要:目的:应用红外光谱方法分析新疆尿路结石患者结石成分,为临床个性化防治尿路结石及复发提供理论依据。方法:收集新疆地区413例尿路结石标本应用红外光谱法进行成分测定,并结合临床资料进行比较。结果:尿路结石男性发病多于女性,男、女比为2.8:1,维吾尔族与汉族患者比为1.91:1,20~50岁为高发年龄,其中最大年龄77岁,最小年龄9个月,平均年龄36.1岁。上尿路结石明显多于下尿路结石,上、下尿路结石之比为9.06:1。结石成分中单种结石为197例(47.70%),混合成分216例(52.3%)其中以草酸钙,尿酸与磷酸盐混合结石为主。对比混合性结石及单纯性结石发现,各种成分所占比例基本一致。结论:结石成分分析对于了解结石成因、预防结石形成和复发具有重要的意义。Objective To provide theoretical basis of clinical personalized treatment and prevention recurfence for patients with urinary stones, using infrared spectrum method to analyze the urinary stones composition in Xinjiang. Methods Collected 413 cases with urinary stones in Xinjiang, the composition of stones were tested using infrared spectroscopy method,clinical data were compared also. Results:Male who were infected with urinary tract stones were higher than female, and the ratio was 2.8 : 1. Furthermore, the ratio between Uygur and Han was 1.91:1, the ineidence of urinary tract stones between 20 -50 years old were higher, while the largest and minimum age was 77 years old and 9 months, and the average age was 36.1. Upper urinary tract stones were significantly more than the lower's, and the ratio between upper and lower urinary tract stones was 9.06 : 1. The stcnes composition for single were 197 cases (47.70%), and mixed were 216 cases (52.3%), while the main stones were mixed with calcium oxalate, uric acid and phosphate. Contrast mixed and single stone, we found that all kinds of components were basically have same proportion. Conclusion There is significant value to analyze the calculi component for investigating the cause of stones, and preventing stone formation and recurrence.
