摘 要:在介绍轴向磁场磁通切换永磁(AFFSPM)电机结构的基础上,采用解析与仿真相结合对转子齿宽进行优化;基于全场域有限元模型,分析了转子结构参数包括齿宽、齿形和厚度对电机感应电势和定位力矩的影响。结果表明:转子齿宽与转子齿形对电机性能有较大的影响,而转子厚度对电机性能的影响较小。The analysis method and simulation were employed to optimize the rotor tooth width after introducing the structure of axial field flux-switching permanent magnet (AFFSPM) machines. On the basis of the whole field 3D finite element (FE) analysis model, the influences of rotor structure parameters, including its tooth width, tooth shape and thickness, on the induced electromotive force (EMF) and the cogging torque of the AFFSPM machine were analyzed. The results show that the influences of rotor tooth width and the shape on the performance of AFFSPM machines are great, while the rotor thickness has a small affection.
