摘  要:将EMD和HHT方法引入航空发动机转子-机匣的振动信号分析,某台发动机的台架实测机匣振动信号的分析结果表明,该方法能够比较清楚地再现转静系统碰摩故障随转速和采样周期的演变过程,能够克服傅里叶谱无法同时获得时域和频域信息的缺陷。同时边际谱与傅里叶谱相比能够比较真实客观地反映系统的频率和幅值分布情况。Here,EMD and HHT were applied to rotor-case vibration signal analysis of an dero engine.The vibration signals from an aero engine when it was in bench tests were analyzed.The results showed that the two methods can clearly reproduce the rubbing fault process between rotor and stator with change of rotating speed and sampling period.They could obtain the rubbing information in time and frequency domains to overcome the shortcoming of Fourier transormation only displaying the information in frequency domain.It also was shown that the marginal spectrum can display the distribution of a system's frequency and amplitude more really.
