摘　　要：目的探讨成人先天性尿道下裂双皮瓣法皮管成型二期修复手术的优劣。方法利用阴茎原位皮瓣和转移阴囊纵隔带蒂皮瓣合围形成尿道皮管，有别于阴囊纵隔折叠皮瓣尿道成形，也不同于阴茎皮管尿道成形。结果双皮瓣血运良好，缝合张力小，手术成功率为100％，随访时间2-8年，尿道没有狭窄、尿瘘等，阴茎勃起功能良好，外观形态满意。结论本术式具有手术成功率高，并发症少，尤其适用于成年人尿道下裂和多次手术失败的患者的长段尿道重建。Objective To investigate the effect of scrotal septum vascular pedicle flap and prepuce skin flap in two-stage urethroplasty for adult patients with hypospadias. Methods Urethra was reconstructed with scrotal septum vascular pedicle flap and prepuce skin flap. Results All flaps survived and all patients were cured. Followed up for 2-Syears, all patients treated by the reconstructed urethras had no obstruction, no urethrostenosis or urinary fistula. The erectile function and the appearance of the penis were satisfactory. Conclusion Two flaps in two stage urethra reconstruction might be a good choice for treatment of adult difficult hypospadias.
