摘 要:目的:探究不同温度条件下草珊瑚种胚发育状态及种胚后熟时期适宜的储藏方式。方法:将种子分别在5、10、15、20、25℃恒温培养箱及室内自然温度下湿沙储藏,每10 d统计种子胚率;储藏方式分别为去果肉湿沙储藏种子和带果肉湿沙储藏种子,储藏100 d后,测定种子发芽率和健康率。结果:胚后熟速度随着温度上升而加快,在20℃~25℃下,30 d左右即可完成胚后熟,室温下需要90 d左右;带果肉沙藏种子和去果肉沙藏种子的发芽率分别为93.00%和38.50%,健康率分别为95.50%、54.50%。结论:温度是影响草珊瑚种胚后熟的主要因素,在20℃~25℃下去果肉沙藏种子,胚后熟最快,种子健康度最高。Objective:To study the seed embryo growth of Sarcandra glabra(Thunb.)Nakai under different temperature conditions and the suitable storage mode on embryo ripening.Methods:The seed was put in incubator with 5,10,15,20,25℃ and natural temperature and the embryo rate was measured every 10 days.The storage mode selected no peel wet sand storage and peel wet sand storage.The seed germination rate and health rate were measured after 100 days.Results:Seed after-ripening rate is accelerated with increase temperature.The seed spent 30 days on embryo ripening at 20℃~25℃.However,the seed required 90 days to complete embryo ripening at natural temperature.The germination rate and health rate of seed with no peel wet sand storage and peel wet sand storage were 93.00%、38.50%and95.50%,54.50%.Conclusion:Temperature is the major factors in embryo ripening of Sarcandra glabra(Thunb.).The embryo ripening is the fastest and the health of seed is the best at 20℃~25℃ with the no peel wet sand storage.
