葡萄内酯大鼠口服给药后经粪尿排泄规律研究

摘　　要：目的:研究葡萄内酯经大鼠粪便和尿液的排泄规律。方法:粪便样品采用甲醇超声提取;尿样以乙酸乙酯富集;样品中的葡萄内酯以高效液相色谱方法定量。结果:大鼠口服葡萄内酯24 h后,自粪便排出的原形药约占总给药量的49.99%,24 h排出量占总排出量的92%;尿液中未检测到葡萄内酯。结论:口服给药后,53.75%的葡萄内酯以原型药形式自粪便排出,吸收入血的主要以代谢产物的形式自尿液排出。Objective： To investigate the excretion behaviors of auraptene via feces and urine after oral administration by SD rats.Methods： The liquid-liquid extraction with methanol was used to extract auraptene in feces.Rats＇ urine was concentrated with acetic ether.The contents of auraptene were determined by HPLC（high-performance liquid chromatography）.Results： in 24 h after oral administration,about 49.99% auraptene was excreted in feces,and the excretion amount during 0~24 h is about 92% of the total excrection.Conclusions： about 50% of auraptene was excreted in feces after oral administration,and the prodrug was not found in urine.
