摘  要:为了得到最优的焊接工艺参数,提高拼焊板的成形性能,采用脉冲激光器对DC04薄板进行焊接,通过进行多组试验,对比研究了各个焊接工艺参数对焊接过程、焊缝的宏观现象及微观组织的影响,从而得到各个焊接工艺参数的可选区间。设计了1组三因素三水平的正交试验,得到了最优化的1组焊接工艺参数。试验表明,采用工艺参数为:焊接电压270V,脉冲宽度3ms,脉冲频率15Hz,离焦量1mm,焊接速度63mm/min,可使拼焊板获得光滑美观的焊缝,且拉伸性能可满足拼焊板试件的使用要求。The optimal welding parameters should be obtained in order to improve formability of tailor-welded blanks. In the study,material DC04 and JHJ-300 YAG laser was used to prepare the test pieces. Several groups of comparative tests were carried out. And how the welding processes,the appearance and microstructure of weld were affected by every parameter was also discussed. After that,the optimal parameters were obtained by a group of orthogonal tests of three factors and three levels. The results showed that the optimal process parameters could be selected as 270 V of welding voltage,3 ms of pulse width,15 Hz of pulse frequency,1 mm of defocus distance and 63 mm/min of welding speed. With the optimal process parameters used,tailor-welded blanks could be obtained with a nicer,smoother weld,and the tensile performance could also be conducted.
