摘  要:针对采用低碳钢焊条在冷焊铸铁时极易出现白口层、抗裂性差的问题,本文利用氧化铁皮和石墨,研制了铸铁冷焊用氧化铁系低碳钢焊条,在半熔化区和焊缝区降低了白口层和裂纹的发生。Issues of non-preheating welding of cast iron with mild steel electrode were studied in this paper. A mild steel electrode was developed for non-preheating welding of cast iron. In the non-preheating welding of cast iron,chill layer could come into exists and the crack resistance would become worse. A mild steel electrode using scale and graphite was developed for the non-preheating welding of cast iron. Welding experiment results showed that the probability of chill layer coming into exists and crack becomes lower.
