摘 要:为了探索不同氮磷钾肥配施对优质杂交油菜产量和主要品质性状的影响,指导优质杂交油菜生产,采用"3414"试验设计,研究氮磷钾不同配方施肥对黔黄油21号产量及籽粒芥酸、硫甙和含油量的影响。结果表明:当施纯N 12 kg/667m2、P2O58 kg/667m2、K2O 6 kg/667m2时,黔黄油21号商品籽粒的品质最优:芥酸0.15%,硫甙21.65μmol/g,含油量44.86%,产油量96.5 kg/667m2;影响黔黄油21号产量的营养元素顺序为N>P>K,回归分析得出黔黄油21号产量达200.00 kg/667m2以上的最佳施肥方案为纯N10.76 kg/667m2、P2O59.34 kg/667m2、K2O 7.34 kg/667m2。Effects of different NPK application rate on yield and quality of rapeseed were studied to provide the theoretical basis for high yield and high quality cultivation of hybrid rapeseed.A 3414 experiment was conducted to study the effect of fertilization on yield,erucic acid,glucosinolate and oil content of Qianhuangyou 21 in Guiyang,Guizhou.The results showed that quality of Qianhuangyou 21 achieved the highest when application amount of N,P and K was 12kg/667m^2,8kg/667m^2 and 6kg/667m^2 respectively;The content of erucic acid,glucosinolate,oil content,and oil productivity were 0.15%,21.65μmol/g,44.86%,and 96.5kg/667m^2,respectively.The effects order of nutrients element on yield of Qianhuangyou 21 was N〉P〉K.Higher yield of more than 200kg/667m^2 could be achieved under the optimal application amount of N 10.76kg/667m^2,P2O5 9.34kg/667m^2 and K2O 7.34kg/667m^2 according to the regression analysis.
