摘  要:为探讨东北山樱根际促生细菌对东北山樱幼苗的促生效应,利用莴苣种子对东北山樱根际促生细菌进行筛选,并采用灌根法研究筛选出的促生细菌对东北山樱幼苗的促生效应。结果表明:筛选出的7株促生细菌对莴苣种子的萌发均有促进作用,其中,3-1号菌株处理的莴苣种子的发芽率、发芽势最高,发芽率达94%,上胚轴长比对照的平均高42%,呼吸速率比对照的平均高31.2%;2-6号菌悬液处理对东北山樱幼苗的形态指标促生效应明显,5-3号、3-1号、15-3号和12-1号菌悬液处理对东北山樱幼苗的根系生长促生效应明显;初步鉴定出东北山樱根际促生细菌分别为假单胞菌属、固氮菌属、产碱菌属、志贺氏菌属和土壤杆菌属的细菌。Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria using lettuce seeds and their promotion effects on C. (PGPR) of Cerasus sachalinensis were screened by sachalinensis seedling were studied by root irrigation. The results showed that seven strains of the PGPR improved the lettuce germination,among them, strain. 3-1 had the highest germination rate (94%) and the highest germination vigor (94%), hypocotyls length increased 42% and respiratory rate increased 31.2% treated by this strain compared with the control. In terms of promotion effect, strain. 2-6 had obvious effect on morphological parameters of C. sachalinensis seedling,strain. 5-3,3-1,15-3,and 12-1 had the apparent effect on root growth of C. sachalinensis. These PGPR were preliminary identified in Pseudomonas, Azotobacter, Alcaligenes, Shigella and Agrobacterium.
