托宫颈在分娩活跃期异常中的应用(附100例报告)

摘　　要：目的：观察托宫颈在分娩活跃期异常中应用的效果。方法：对１００ 例初产妇分为组１（ 活跃期异常按常规处理产程无进展）４０ 例；组２（活跃期异常加安定无效）４０ 例；组３（活跃期轻、中度胎儿窘迫）２０ 例，采用托宫颈，观察宫口开全时间，分娩时间，分娩方式。结果：宫口开全时间，均在２ ｈ 内，分娩时间最短２０ ｍｉｎ，最长２－５ ｈ，平均１－２ ｈ。３ 组共有８７ 例阴道分娩（ 占８７ ％ ） ，１３ 例剖宫产（ 占１３ ％ ） 。结论：托宫颈可缩短产程，提高阴道分娩率在活跃期应用有一定实用价值。OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of cervical supporting technique in abnormal active stage of delivery.METHOD:100 Primiparous women with abnormal active stage of delivery were divided into three groups:40 in group one without progress after regular management;40 in group two with unsuccessful therapy of diazepam;20 in group three with fetal distress.All pregnant women were conducted cervical supporting technique.The time to cervical orifice full openness,duration of delivery and delivery way were studied.RESULTS:Cervical orifice fully opening time was less than 2 hours.Average duration of delivery was 1.2 hour with shortest 20 minutes and longest 2.5 hours.87 Women were vaginal dilivery and 13 caesarean delivery.CONCLUSION:Cervical supporting technique may shorten duration of delivery and increase the rate of vaginal delivery in active stage.
