摘　　要：从坯布、染整工艺、成品制作等方面介绍了腈纶拉舍尔毛毯的生产过程。拉舍尔毛毯染整加工过程的质量控制关键在印花工艺,台板胶要保证印坯平整进布以准确对花;配制染液及印花色浆时需要合理筛选助剂,确保助剂相容性良好,以免对成品色光的稳定性造成影响。根据生产实际,文中讨论了工艺设计对腈纶拉舍尔毛毯成品质量的影响,提出了常见疵点的解决方法。Production of acrylic Raschel blankets are introduced, including grey fabric, dyeing and finishing process, blanket making and so on. Printing process is the key point in wet processing of Raschel blankets. Quality of table adhesive is the key for smooth fabric feeding and accurate registering. Chemicals should be selected carefully in preparation of dye bath and print- ing paste in order to ensure compatibility of auxiliaries and color consistency. Based on practical experience, influences of process design on quality of finished acrylic Raschel blankets are discussed, and solutions for common defects are put forward.
