摘  要:为制备高纯度、高附加值的羟基红花黄色素A(hydroxy-safflor yellow A,以下简称HSYA)产品奠定基础,以HSYA的纯度作为考察指标,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)仪测定不同工艺路线得到的HSYA产品的纯度,采用紫外分光光度计在线监测每一步产品的浓度。选取HPD200A型号的大孔吸附树脂、PES10超滤膜、NF200-400型号的纳滤膜,本文首次采用超滤、大孔吸附树脂、纳滤相结合的工艺路线制得HSYA,该路线所得产品的纯度为58.25%。The purification of safflower extraction on three separate process such as the combination of the ultrafiltration, macroporous resin with nanofiltratin, the uhrafihration with nanofihratin and macroporous resin with nanofiltratin are discussed, to lay the foundation for preparing high purity, high value - added hydroxy safflower yellow A ( hereinafter referred to as HSYA) product. Using the purity of the HSYA as observation index, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) are used to measured the HSYA purity in different process routes of the product obtained, and used UV spectrophotometer to monitor the product concentration of every step on line. Experiment selected HPD200A macroporpus resin models, the PES10 membrane and the NF200 -400 models of nanofiltration membranes. It is the first use the process route that the combination of uhrafihration, macroporous resin with nanofihratin to obtained HSYA, the final product purity is 58.25%.
