摘  要:通过对近终型异型坯连铸机工艺、设备及配套耐火材料的设计改造,实现了具有塞棒自动控制功能的单水口全保护浇注工艺。在保护浇注工艺条件下,结晶器流场合理,保护渣液渣层分布均匀稳定。不但防止了钢水的二次氧化,提高了连铸坯质量,同时提高了连铸机的自动化控制水平,降低了工人的劳动强度,改善了作业环境,为高品质H型钢的开发和批量生产奠定了基础。In order to realize stopper auto-control function for single nozzle all-shield casting process, beam-blank caster process, equipment and self-contained refractory material were designed and optimized. Under the condition of casting protection, the mold has rational flow field, and even liquid slag layer distribution is stable, which not only protects the molten steel from reoxidation but also promotes the quality of the blank. Meanwhile, the auto- control level of the caster is promoted, the workers' labor intensity is reduced and the work environment is improved, so as to make solid foundation for high quality H-beam development and mass production.
