摘　　要：从工艺原理入手,阐述了色织牛仔面料和白坯染色牛仔面料各自的特点。重点介绍了白织匹染针织氨纶牛仔面料的织造工艺和染整工艺,织造方面包括设备参数、原料规格、织针排列、三角排列、穿纱方式等,并阐述了工艺流程中的注意事项。This paper introduces the characteristics of both dyed and gray yarn knitted jeans fabrics in terms of technological principle,and mainly presents the gray yarn knitting technology and piece dyeing technology and the precautions in the technological flow.
