摘　　要：介绍了记忆压花绒面料的概念及记忆压花技术的作用原理,阐述了以双股QQ腈纶纱为主要原料,生产记忆压花绒的工艺流程和工艺参数,重点分析了为保证记忆压花绒的手感和光泽而进行的相应改进措施,以及在关键压花工序进行的设备改造创新和着重解决的问题。旨为促进记忆压花绒的生产工艺,提升产品质量。This paper introduces the definition of memory fabric and working principle of memory embossing technology,presents the technological procedure and parameters of memory embossed plush by using the two-fold QQ poly-acrylic fiber yarn,and mainly analyzes the technological modifications and innovations main problems to solve in order to guarantee the good hand and luster.The purpose of this paper is to improve the producing technology and quality of the memory embossed plush.
