企业声像档案管理工作的现状及思考

摘　　要：文章分析了声像档案管理工作的现状,并对其现状提出思考和建议。要规范声像档案的管理,应从加强宣传、加强管理制定相关办法、加强监督、注重业务培训、创造妥善的保管条件、疏通收集渠道、建议主管部门参加相关重大活动、确保档案完整归档等方面着手。In the article,it is analyzed the present situations for management of audio-visual archives and proposed the thinking and suggestions on it.In order to normalize the management of audio-visual archives,the publicity,relative measures and supervision should be strengthened,the professional training should be paid attention to,the appropriate storage conditions should be created,the collecting channels should be dredged,the competent department is suggested to take part in the relative major events and the archives should be guaranteed to be filed completely.
