摘　　要：2010年,广西坚决贯彻中央"保增长、保民生、保稳定"精神,努力克服百年不遇的特大干旱和严重的洪涝灾害,圆满完成"十一五"规划主要目标任务,经济增速连续9年保持两位数增长。广西金融业总体保持了持续健康发展的良好态势,金融机构改革深入开展,金融市场功能日益完善,金融基础设施运行良好,金融生态环境持续优化。但内外部经济环境发生深刻变化,不稳定、不确定性因素明显增多,保持地区金融稳健运行的难度加大,值得我们密切关注。因此,应继续完善维护金融稳定的长效机制,防范化解金融风险,确保辖区金融稳定。In 2010,Guangxi firmly implemented the central government＇s policies which aimed at economic growth,people＇s livelihood and social stability,not only successively overcame the mega droughts and severe floods,but also fulfilled the main objectives and tasks of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan.Economic growth rate kept double-digit in the past nine years.Financial industry developed healthily and steadily on the whole.Financial institution reforms carried out in depth.Functions of financial market became perfect day by day.Financial infrastructures worked well.Financial environments optimized continuously.However,the internal and external economic environments underwent profound changes.Unstable and uncertain factors increased obviously.It became more difficult to maintain regional financial stability.So,we should pay more attention to improve long-term mechanism,prevent and defuse financial risks in order to ensure the regional financial stability.
