摘  要:应用能量分辨质谱分别研究了氯代4(3H)-喹唑啉酮异构体和氟代4(3H)-喹唑啉酮异构体的单体及异构体单体的混合物的能量质谱裂分曲线。结果表明,在碰撞能量0.8~1.5V的变化范围内,氯代4(3H)-喹唑啉酮异构体单体及混合物的碎片离子m/z 145与m/z 125的离子强度比值相对于碰撞能量的变化曲线,即裂分曲线与氯官能团的取代位置密切相关,而氟代4(3H)-喹唑啉酮异构体单体及混合物的碎片离子m/z 136与m/z 108的离子强度比值的裂分曲线则与氟官能团的取代位置密切相关,差异显著;据此可以成功鉴别卤代4(3H)-喹唑啉酮异构体的单体及混合物的构成。Energy resolution-mass spectrometry was applied to the study of fragmentation curves of the individual monomer and mixtures of monomers of isomers of chloro-substituted and fluoro-substituted 4(3H)- quinazolinones.It was shown that the fragmentation curves showing changes of ionic intensity ratios of fragment ions of m/z 145 to m/z 125 of monomers or monomer mixtures of the chloro-substituted isomers,and of ionic intensity ratios of fragment ions of m/z 136 to m/z 108 of monomers or monomer mixtures of the fluoro-substituted isomers as plotting against the values of different collision energy in the range of 0.8-1.5 V were found to be closely related with the positions substituted by halogens in molecules of the isomers.Based on the obvious differences among the fragmentation curves,isomers of the halogen substituted 4(3H)-quinazolinones could be identified successfully.
