摘　　要：信息社会的飞速发展对图书馆电子阅览室管理者的工作能力提出了更高的要求。分析了信息时代电子阅览室管理者需要具备的综合能力。The rapid development of information society puts forward higher requirements for the ability of the managers of university library＇s electronic reading room.This paper analyzes the comprehensive ability that the managers of university library＇s electronic reading room should have.
