摘　　要：介绍了图书馆勤工俭学的内涵,探讨了图书馆勤工俭学对学生发展的意义,结合湖南理工职业技术学院图书馆实际情况,分析了图书馆勤工俭学对大学生职业发展的影响。This paper introduces the connotations of library＇s work-study program,probes into the significance of library＇s work-study program on students development,and connecting with the actual situation of Hunan Vocational Institute of Technology,analyzes the influence of work-study program on university students＇ career development.
