摘　　要：分析了自然循环蒸发器组汽耗高的原因,通过优化真空系统、改进母液预热工艺、疏水工艺和冷凝水系统等措施,达到了降低汽耗的目的。The reasons for high steam consumption of natural circulation evaporator set were analyzed,and the purpose of decreasing steam consumption was realized by adopting the measures like optimizing vacuum system,improving preheating process of mother liquor,hydrophobic process and condensate system,etc.
