摘　　要：在特定社会情境中的不良压力,影响甚至改变着其自身保持较为稳定状态的人格中的"可变成分",并进而产生贪官们特有的心理与行为表现。人格不同于心理,也不同于特定行为的外在表现。人的"需要"膨胀应当是与社会文化有关。显而易见,除去无道德评价意义的本性"冲动"的"贪婪"是一种社会的"催逼",是社会发展压力下的必然结果。人们不得不做出更多更快的自我调整来应对更多压力的到来,即使这份"调整"是在违背道德与法制。In the particular social context, the negative pressures influence and even change the ＂Variable Component＂ in the state of their own to maintain a relatively stable personality, and even produce the unique psychology and behavior of the corrupt officials. Personality is unlike psychology and also different from a particular behavior. ＂Impulse＂ and ＂greed＂, which are evaluated by morality, are the inevitable result under the pressure of social development. So people have to respond more and faster to the self-adjustment for more pressures, even the ＂adjustment＂ is contrary to moral and legal system.
