摘 要:目的:研究中药复方地灵丹对高尿酸血症肾病模型大鼠急性期生化指标(Scr、BUN、UA)及炎症因子(IL-6、TNF-α)水平的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分组处理:模型组予含酵母干粉的高嘌呤饲料及腺嘌呤灌胃建立高尿酸血症肾病大鼠模型,同时分别用地灵丹和别嘌呤醇干预;空白对照组不造模,仅予生理盐水灌胃对照。检测各组大鼠急性期生化指标(Scr、BUN、UA)及炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α水平进行比较。结果:地灵丹可以显著降低高尿酸血症肾病模型大鼠的急性期尿酸及血肌酐、尿素氮水平;对炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α有一定影响,能减轻模型大鼠急性期肾脏炎性反应。结论:地灵丹能降低高尿酸血症肾病模型大鼠的尿酸水平,改善肾功能,并通过对炎症因子的影响减轻模型大鼠急性期肾脏炎性反应。Objective:To study the effects of the compound traditional Chinese medicine "Dilingdan" on the biochemical indicators(Scr,BUN,UA)and inflammatory factors(IL-6,TNF-α)levels of the rat model with hyperuricemic nephropathy in acute phase.Methods:SD rats were randomized into groups:model groups treated with "Dilingdan Formula" and allopurinol respectively;the normal control group treated with physiologic saline intrevention.In the model groups,the rats were fed with a kind of high-purine forage containing the dry yeast powder and administrated with adenine by intragastric administration to establish the rat model with hyperuricemic nephropathy,the rats in the normal control group did not accept any high-purine medicine but physiologic saline intervention by intragastric administration.The biochemical indicators(Scr,BUN,UA),inflammatory factors(IL-6,TNF-α)levels were measured to evaluate the effects of the "Dilingdan Formula" on the rat models with hyperuricemic nephropathy in acute phase.Results:For the rat model with hyperuricemic nephropathy in acute phase,"Dilingdan Formula" can significantly reduce the acidum uricum,creatinine and urea nitrogen level in serum;It can also influence the inflammatory cytokines:IL-6,TNF-α,significantly relieve the inflammatory response of the kidney in the acute phase.Conclusion:"Dilingdan Formula" can significantly reduce the acidum uricum level in the serum of the rat model with hyperuricemic nephropathy,improve the renal function,influence the inflammatory cytokines so that the renal inflammatory response of the model rats in the acute period could be decreased.And the results were compared with that of the model groups treated with the physiologic saline and the allopurinol.
